monday: 7 push ups, 20 bicycle crunches, 30 squats with dumbbells

tuesday: 20 lunges (each leg), 20 v-ups, 30 minutes walking
wednesday: 10 push-ups, 20 lateral raises, 30 minute walk, 45 second plank
thursday: 15 minute jog, 25 russian twists, 40 bicycle crunches, 50 second wall sits 
friday: 20 hips raises, 20 reverse crunches, 30 minute walk, 40 squats with dumbbells 
saturday: 25 v-ups, 50 donkey kicks (each leg), 60 second plank, 250 jumping jacks
sunday: 5 push-ups, 30 second wall sit, 30 second plank, 10 minutes jog
